Whether you feel anxious or excessively worried, are experiencing low mood or feeling lost, visit us for counselling sessions that can help support you to heal and move forward in life. All sessions are conducted in a safe and confidential environment.

You can also attend our workshops and training to learn various complementary treatments and spiritual healing techniques.

Please note that we operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy, so please let us know if you are unable to attend a session.

Counselling (adults)

1-1 support in a safe, confidential environment. Supporting individuals through grief/ bereavement, mental health problems, relationship issues, bullying, self-confidence problems, anxiety, sexuality issues, abuse (emotional/ physical/ sexual), and PTSD/ trauma.

Counselling (5-18)

Often children and young people find it difficult to place names on how they are feeling. We provide a safe and warm environment and support them in exploring their feelings, building on their strengths in order to promote positive change using play, art, creative work, workbooks and talk therapy.

End of life care

We offer support to individuals in palliative care on a holistic level, through therapies, counselling and therapeutic touch, regardless of faith or religious belief, which offers peace, relaxation and helps remove the fear at end of life, offering dignity and respect to the person who is passing away.
