Aromatherapy massage is a great way to relieve everyday stress. Naomi Glendinning holds a diploma in aromatherapy and holds advanced qualifications in clinical aromatherapy. Aromatherapy massage is also available for pregnancy and cancer care. By visiting us, you'll have an opportunity to indulge in relaxation sessions that'll help to improve your physical and emotional well-being. We also offer reflexology and acupuncture treatments.

In addition to aromatherapy massage, we also undertake training sessions that include:

Introduction to aromatherapy: In this one day workshop, we look at 10 safe essential oils for personal and home use. We look at safe storage, dilution and the many ways we can use them.
Aromatherapy massage diploma training: A year-long course, encompassing over 40 essential oils, their uses and application alongside full body massage. This course is FHT accredited. Commences Summer 2022. £100 non refundable deposit required to secure each place.
Diploma in Reflexology:A year long course covering health and safety, history of complementary therapies and reflexology, Anatomy, business practice, full reflexology routine, principles and practice. Commences 29/30 January, 2022. Places are secured on receipt of £100 non refundable deposit. contact for further details. This Diploma is FHT accredited.

Floating Away- Aromatherapy massage and Reiki

A combination of holistic back massage, using a specific combination of specially tailored aromatherapy oils followed by a facial massage and Reiki treatment. Allow 2 hours for the treatment.

Aromatherapy massage (half body)

Aromatherapy is the prescribed and informed use of essential oils specific to each individual and the symptoms they present. Essential oils are derived from flowers and plant life and each have their own therapeutic benefit. We integrate essential oils into several of the therapies that we provide. Please allow 50 minutes

Hopi ear candling (one session)

Natural beeswax candles are used for the build-up of wax, tinnitus, glue ear, vertigo, colds, sinus problems. Treatment ends with a facial acupressure massage using blended essential oils. Please allow 45 minutes to complete the treatment.

Our kids are the future, our little jewels. This form of therapy helps reduce any stress they are feeling, aids with digestion problems, promotes better sleep and overall well-being, it can help boost the immune system, help reduce seizures, muscle spasms etc. in those who have special health care needs. Available for both children with or without special healthcare needs.
