Reiki – the universal spiritual energy, is a holistic therapy that helps to maintain a physical, emotional and spiritual balance. Reiki means heaven and earth energy. This therapy, through balancing the energy chakras, promotes the release of stress and tension, may help with other physical conditions and facilitates the body’s own innate ability to heal. A combination of Reiki, relaxing body, mind and spirit, followed by a reflexology treatment, using a special combination of essential oils to create overall relaxation, creating balance within. Duration 2 hours.

Floating away- aromatherapy massage and Reiki

A combination of a holistic half body aromatherapy massage using tailor blended essential oils followed by a nurturing Reiki treatment. Allow 2 hours.

Traditional Usui Reiki healing training

Regular Reiki healing training is run, from Level 1- master teacher level. I am a Reiki master teacher with UK Reiki Federation. Each Level lasts 2 days and follow up support is included. All Reiki Training courses are listed in the events section of our Facebook page.

Usui Reiki/ spiritual healing

A non-invasive form of healing that works on many levels promoting the health of body, mind and spirit. Allow 1 hour 30mins for the treatment.
