Relieve physical and mental stress

Acupuncture can help ease pain and restore both physical and mental health. During the treatment, I insert fine needles at various pressure points to unblock the vital energy (Qi). It’s believed that the free-flowing Qi helps reduce physical pain and mental stress. Choose Angel Haven for safe and effective acupuncture treatments. I have thorough knowledge and experience in complementary therapies and can use acupuncture to address physical complaints and promote overall well-being.

I also specialise in reflexology and aromatherapy treatments.

Cupping helps to improve circulation and flow around painful muscles. Therefore, increasing Qi and life energy. This helps to reduce pain and increase mobility.

Traditional acupuncture is a healthcare system based on ancient principles which go back nearly two thousand years. It has a very positive model of good health and function, and looks at pain and illness as signs that the body is out of balance. Duration 1-2 hours.

Natural beeswax candles are used for build-up of wax, tinnitus, glue ear, vertigo, colds, sinus problems. Treatment ends with a facial acupressure massage using tailor blended essential oils. Allow 50 minutes. 3 treatments are recommended. (Per treatment)
