If you’re feeling anxious or excessively worried, experiencing a low mood, or feeling lost, come visit me for counselling sessions that can help support you in healing and moving forward in life. I conduct all sessions in a safe and confidential environment.

You can also join our workshops and training sessions to learn various complementary therapies and spiritual healing techniques.

Please note that I operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy, so let me know if you are unable to attend a session.

1-1 support in a safe, confidential environment. Supporting individuals through grief/ bereavement, mental health problems, relationship issues, bullying, self-confidence problems, anxiety, sexuality issues, abuse (emotional/ physical/ sexual), and PTSD/ trauma.

Often children and young people find it difficult to place names on how they are feeling. We provide a safe and warm environment and support them in exploring their feelings, building on their strengths in order to promote positive change using play, art, creative work, workbooks and talk therapy.
