Reflexology for Cancer Care commences Saturday 23rd and 30th November 2024
This training is for those who are already qualified in Reflexology, but who wise to expand their training and knowledge to work with and support those who have cancer, and their families and carers.
The training runs over 2 full weekends, from 10am- 5pm each day.
This 3 day Training is designed to:
•Teach already qualified Reflexologists adaptive techniques in order to provide effective and supportive treatments to individuals who have cancer, their families and carers
•Look at the Role of the Therapist
•Issues which may present from the client
• Communication- how we communicate, listening, skills
• Loss and bereavement
•Compassion fatigue
•The adaptive techniques to perform Reflexology safely, Lymphatic drainage techniques, therapeutic touch and relaxation techniques
• Cancer awareness and treatment
• Cautions and contraindications
• Self- care as Therapists
• Referrals
• Supervision
• Boundaries.
plus anything that may arise during the course of training
Please note- All professional bodies in the UK require therapists to undertake specialised training prior to supporting or providing treatments on someone affected by cancer. This training will cover you by the FHT to work in cancer care. There will be plenty of practical and group work over the course of the two weekends.
Early Bird offer if paid in full 8 weeks before training- £280, full price due 4 weeks prior to training dates £320. £100 non -refundable deposit required to secure each place.

I’m Naomi, the owner of Angel Haven. I am a qualified Complimentary Therapist, Counsellor, Homeopath, Tutor, and Yoga teacher. I provide a wide range of holistic treatments and have many years of experience in the health care sector. My partner, Trevor, offers acupuncture and fire cupping.
